All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include a 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Overseas customers do not pay GST eg Australian $40 item (divide by 1.1) will cost an overseas customer Australian $36.36. Convert this figure into your currency and you could notice a greater difference.
For instance a US customer (approx US$1 = AU$1.20 as at 24 Sept 09) buys a AU$40 listed item - after removing GST and currency conversion the item comes to US$30 - a saving of some 25% difference from the listed price.
