For most orders within Australia — whether it is vinyl, CDs, T-shirts, posters or collectables — you’ll pay just one flat shipping rate of only $12.

No hidden charges. No extra fees added per item. The more you stack up your basket, the better value it becomes.

If you are ordering a larger item like a turntable, speaker, or similarly heavier piece, a separate flat rate will apply. This will be clearly shown at checkout. Fair, easy, and no surprises.

HOME DELIVERY

We dispatch orders daily [Mon-Fri] using trusted carriers like Australia Post and other reputable couriers. Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS, so you will always know where your parcel is.

Express Post: 1–3 business days

If you are local to Brisbane, you can choose Click & Collect at checkout.

We will have your order ready for collection at our Westfield Carindale store, usually within 2 business hours. We will send you an email notification once it is ready to pick up. Be sure to bring ID along with your confirmation email.

We ship Australia-wide, including: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart – and everywhere in between.

We also ship internationally to most countries around the world.

Every order is packed by hand, by staff who genuinely care about your music and merchandise. We use proper protective techniques to make sure your purchase arrives safe, secure, and ready to enjoy.

Vinyl records are shipped in purpose-designed, heavy-duty record mailers, not just any old box. These are made specifically to protect vinyl during shipping, with added corner and edge protection.

CDs, collectables and smaller items are securely wrapped and cushioned inside sturdy cartons or padded mailers.

We use recycled and sustainable packaging wherever possible, helping to reduce waste while still ensuring maximum protection. Whether your order is travelling across Brisbane or across the globe, we pack it as if it were our own.
