We get it – sometimes things don’t go to plan. Whether it’s the wrong size, a faulty item, or just not quite what you expected, we’re here to help. This page gives you all the info you need to return your item quickly and easily. Let’s get you sorted!
My product is faulty!
We take great care in packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ve got you covered. Simply contact us with photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll sort it out straight away.
We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label (yep, we cover the postage), and once the item is back with us, you can choose between a full refund, store credit or a replacement — whichever suits you best. Easy, stress-free, and sorted fast.
My product doesn't fit!
Ordered the wrong size? No worries — we’re happy to help with an exchange if the size you need is in stock. Just send the item back to us in its original, unworn condition (tags and packaging intact), and once it arrives, we’ll get the new size on its way to you.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely. If the size you want isn’t available, we’re happy to offer a store credit instead.

Changed your mind? It happens! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a store credit — just send the item back to us in original, unused condition (tags and packaging intact).
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service to keep it safe on its way back. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit you can use online or in-store anytime — no expiry date, no stress.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products that have been misused, used incorrectly, or damaged due to improper handling. It's important to always follow the usage guidelines for each item.
For international customers, we do not offer refunds for items returned due to refusal to pay import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by your government. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you've received a faulty item, please reach out to us at sales@rockaway.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any helpful details. We’ll respond with instructions regarding repair, replacement, or return options.
If an exchange has been approved, the item must be returned in unused, pristine condition, with all tags and original packaging completely intact and unmarked. Items returned in any other condition will not be accepted for exchange.
Please do not return any items without first speaking with a Rockaway Records team member and receiving exchange confirmation.
